The Quickening: It’s Time, But Not As We Know It

This article has taken me no time at all to write. And it will take you no time to read it. In fact, on some level, you have already read it. You already know what I am going to say because, on some level, you already know everything there ever was or is to know. 

This is because linear time does not really exist. 

It is a concept created by human beings. It is the great illusion. And we spend most of our lives feeling as though we are running out of time. We live by the clock. We feel as though we are in a great race, rushing towards our death. And that we must get everything done before our time literally runs out. 

But what if you knew that your consciousness was not really limited to this linear, logical, material 3D reality? What if you knew that you actually inhabit infinity, and that your physical experience in this human lifetime is just one tiny aspect of your soul as a whole? 

We are living in extraordinary times. 

Have you noticed how time appears to be speeding up? It seems that only a few years ago, we were listening to cassette tapes on Walkmans and suddenly we have a worldwide web and iPhones. To some of us the 80s feel like yesterday. We catch ourselves saying: ‘Where did the last 10, 20 or 40 years go?’ 

This sense of time speeding up is not just a feeling. 

It is actually happening. We are currently in that great time on Earth, which many a great sage has prophesied over the centuries. Whether you call it Ascension, The Golden Age or The End Times, it is all referring to a momentous epoch that humanity is now entering into, where we are collectively raising our love vibration, expanding our consciousness well beyond what we have known before, and becoming aware that we are so much more than we have previously thought ourselves to be. 

We are moving from a purely logical, rational society, that only exists in the world of matter and form, and what we can see with our physical eyes, into a much deeper understanding that we also have a vast, limitless consciousness that exists outside of the world of form and inhabits the infinite realms of formlessness. 

In short, we are beginning to realise that we are multidimensional beings which inhabit dimensions and realities beyond what we can see with our physical eyes. And, as we become more aware of the multidimensionality of ourselves, we expand into a more holographic idea of our reality. And then time begins to become obsolete. As we align more to love, and enter higher and more blissful emotional states, our vibratory field is beginning to speed up and vibrate at a higher, fast rate. 

This is why we feel as though time is speeding up. 

It’s a little like someone who was born in a small village, is leaving to go travelling and realising they are part of a much vaster and wider world. But, as well as travelling the wider world and outer space physically, we, as a race, are now beginning to travel beyond our world within our own consciousness. 

Meditation and visioning is one such way to do this. 

However, for most, this is happening naturally within our emotions and feeling awareness. We are waking up and discovering that we can feel each other’s emotions. And this is the very first step in understanding that somehow we are all connected. 

This exciting period we are now in is also called ‘The Quickening’. 

Not only are we moving our awareness beyond the world of form into formlessness, we are also moving beyond the concept of time into timelessness. The realm of timelessness is an infinite field of potentiality. When we learn to access this state, and relax into the knowing that all is possible, we can relax about time. And we begin to trust that the universe is supporting us in achieving everything we need to achieve in accordance with ‘Divine Timing’.

Accessing this beautiful, open-hearted state of trust in the all-permeating and infinite divine, enables us to open the field of our own infinite potential and, rather than going out and seeking or pushing for things to happen, we are able to draw that which is meant for us, to us.

Each and every human being, whether male or female has two sides to their psyche. 

The active part, which is physically doing and rushing to work within linear time and the rational, logical world of matter and form, is known as our masculine side. The part of each of us that is asking for what we need, trusting the universe and opening to receive is known as our feminine side. These two sides of us relate to the concept of God or Creation itself as having a Divine Feminine / Yin and Divine Masculine / Yang side. 

During this time of ‘Quickening’, it is important that we learn to harness the wisdom of both these sides of us. 

If we rely solely on the Masculine, rational side, we can be so busy focusing on actively getting things done, that we might miss the magic of opportunities which are more aligned with our inner calling when they show up. And this can leave us feeling unfulfilled, highly stressed and exhausted as we end up running around like a rat in a wheel just trying to make money and survive. 

On the flip side, if we rely solely on our Feminine, trusting, receiving side, when those beautiful, soul-aligned ideas and experiences come into our awareness, we may not take action to implement them in our daily lives. Which can equally leave us feeling unfulfilled, stressed and exhausted. 

When we learn to align our intuitive, magical, receptive side with our active, rational and doing side, this is where the field of timelessness begins to work in our favour. 

We can then manifest or attract what we need for our highest fulfilment and alignment to our soul’s highest calling from the feminine and then, when the timing ‘feels’ right, take action and bring it to fruition in our daily, waking lives utilising our masculine energy. 

Then we are operating within the laws of Divine Timing as an infinite consciousness housed within a human body, and having a divinely human experience by living out our soul’s highest calling, and living a life of true happiness and fulfilment. 

The time has come to remember who we are.

To access your field of infinite potentiality…

·      Close your eyes. 

·      Take three deep breaths. 

·      Place your awareness in your heart. 

·      Picture a sphere which represents infinite timelessness. 

·      Place your request to access your soul’s highest calling into the sphere. 

·      Picture the sphere filling with light. 

·      With your intention, send the sphere off into the universe to retrieve your wish. 

·      Trust that your request has been heard.

·      Let go of the outcome, knowing it will arrive as an idea or opportunity at the right time. 

·      Breathe into your heart.

·      Open your eyes.

·      When the time feels right, put those ideas into action.
